Cake Fillings

Vanilla Sponge

A moist, light but firm cake, usually layered with strawberry jam and buttercream.

Chocolate Cake

Rich, moist and very chocolaty! We only use the finest quality cocoa powder for flavouring - nothing else. Also available with chocolate chips.

Rich Fruitcake

Our traditional recipe uses only the finest natural ingredients, carefully baked to ensure a moist, flavoursome cake. Normally covered in a top quality, uncoloured marzipan - unless otherwise requested.

Madeira Cake

A classic cake with a subtle flavour and close texture. Very popular as a replacement for rich fruitcake, if you don't like fruitcake!

Carrot Cake

A delicious alternative to the more traditional cakes. Can be made with or without the addition of chopped walnuts, and layered with buttercream or cream cheese topping.

Strawberry & White Chocolate Cake

A smooth and sumptuous cake made with real strawberries and white chocolate chips.

Orange & Lemon Cake

Made with the freshly grated zest of oranges and lemons.

Apple, Date & Walnut Cake

A wonderfully moist cake where the natural bitterness of the walnuts is complemented perfectly by the sweetness of the apple and date.

Banana Cake

Subtlety spiced - to allow those ripe, mashed bananas to shine through!
